Sytec designs and builds automated filling and capping lines for vials, tubes and small bottles. Linear transfer systems with integrated industrial robots

MEDICAL PHARMACEUTICAL

Linear transfer lines for the filling and capping of pharmaceutical vials and small bottles

The filling and capping of pharmaceutical vials, tubes and small bottles is a process that requires absolute dosing precision, a sterile working environment and full traceability of every batch produced. Sytec designs linear transfer lines able to handle up to 15 different formats on the same line, from the 2 ml small bottle to the 50 ml tube, with model changeover times under 8 minutes.

The lines with industrial robots for vials cover the entire production cycle: automatic container feeding, volumetric or gravimetric dosing, closing by capping or crimping, fill control, visual inspection, labeling and secondary packaging. The proprietary control software also ensures full integration with the customer’s systems, automatic management of non-conformities and traceability of every single container processed.
