Sytec designs assembly and packaging lines dedicated to the pharmaceutical sector. The stations handle dosing, filling, sealing, labelling, serialization, cartoning and secondary packaging operations for creams, ointments, gels, powders and pharmaceutical liquids, including a dedicated ointment filling line for semi-solid products. In particular, the lines integrate weight control systems, automated visual inspection and seal integrity verification on every pack produced.
In addition, Sytec’s proprietary software manages the entire production flow and enables full integration with the customer’s PLC and MES/ERP systems, ensuring complete traceability of every packaged batch and compliance with the serialization requirements set by international regulations.
