Sytec designs filling lines dedicated to the complete production of bottles for eye drops and nasal spray. The stations handle, in sequence, the washing and sterilization of containers, the volumetric or gravimetric dosing of the product, the assembly of the dispensing system, the closing and sealing of the bottle, labelling and secondary packaging. Each nasal spray filling machine can be configured for different spray pump types and dosing volumes.

In particular, the integrated control systems verify the filling volume, the integrity of the closure and the conformity of the dispensing system on every single bottle produced. In addition, Sytec’s proprietary software manages the entire production flow and enables full integration with the customer’s systems, ensuring complete traceability of every batch and compliance with pharmaceutical serialization requirements.

Sytec’s eye drop filling machine and nasal spray systems are designed to the customer’s specifications and tested in-house at the Ponzano Veneto facility in Treviso before delivery.
