Sytec designs assembly lines dedicated to the complete production of catheters and infusion sets. The stations integrate a medical tubing cutting machine for cutting tubes to length, a catheter tipping machine for tip forming, a catheter bonding machine for connector bonding, and an IV set assembly machine for components such as flow regulators, drip chambers and clamps, along with welding and sealing. In sequence, the testing systems perform leak tests, flow tests, dimensional checks and automated visual inspection on every device produced. Each station is equipped with dedicated handling systems for the delicate management of components in a controlled environment.
In addition, Sytec’s proprietary software enables full integration with the customer’s systems, ensuring complete traceability of every single device produced and tested.
