Planetary gearbox assembly: satellite insertion, planet carrier fitting, bearing keying, crown and pinion assembly including helical gear assembly, backlash control and load testing.
Recirculating ball screws: ball insertion, nut fitting, preload adjustment, sliding check and axial load testing. The same stations also handle lead screw assembly.
Roller chain manufacturing: link assembly, pin insertion, riveting, pitch control and tensile load testing.
For belt drive assembly and worm drive assembly: pulley fitting, tensioning, alignment and functional testing of the whole unit.
In every configuration, the gear inspection equipment verifies the critical dimensions of every assembled component. Sytec’s proprietary software manages the assembly recipes for each product variant and transmits all data to the customer’s systems.
