Robotic and automated welding systems
Sytec designs and builds custom robotic welding systems for the industrial sector. Robotic cells and stations for MIG and TIG welding.
Robotic welding is one of the most widespread applications in industrial automation. For this reason, the quality of the welded joint depends directly on the precision of the system, the stability of the arc and the repeatability of the process.
Sytec, in fact, designs and builds complete, turnkey robotic cells and robot welding stations. Every system integrates welding robots with latest-generation welding power sources, positioners, workpiece clamping systems and dedicated sensors. The solutions handle MIG/MAG, TIG, spot welding and braze-welding processes on steel, stainless steel, aluminum and special alloys. In addition, Sytec’s proprietary software allows real-time monitoring of the welding parameters and full integration with the customer’s systems, thereby ensuring complete traceability of every welded piece.
The systems for robotic welding are designed around the customer’s specifications and tested in-house at the Ponzano Veneto facility before delivery.
Sytec designs and builds custom industrial automation systems, from the design stage to commissioning. The robotic welding systems, in particular, integrate welding robots with feeding, clamping and quality-control systems to cover the entire production cycle. Thanks to a fully integrated approach, from mechanics to software, Sytec is therefore the ideal technical partner for companies looking for reliable, high-performance robotic welding solutions.
Years of experience
Specialized staff
m² of production facility
Arc-on time (vs 25-35% manual welding)
Productivity increase versus the manual process
Reduction in welding defects
Welding-parameter traceability for every piece
The figures shown refer to typical configurations and may vary depending on the specifications of the customer’s project and product.
Sytec robotic welding systems are designed to guarantee the highest level of reliability and process repeatability. Every system, in fact, includes continuous monitoring of the welding parameters and automatic management of rejects and non-conformities, with native integration with the customer’s company quality systems. In addition, all process data is automatically acquired and stored to ensure full traceability of every welded joint.
Sytec robotic welding systems are not stand-alone systems. They integrate, in fact, within wider assembly lines and robotic cells, where welding takes place in sequence with the other production stages without interruptions in the workflow. In this way, every piece is welded, checked and traced within the same system.
