The end-of-line is often the bottleneck of industrial production. Manual stacking, pallet composition and wrapping operations slow down the production flow and increase the risk of errors and injuries. An automated palletizer eliminates these problems at the root.
Sytec designs palletizing systems that adapt to any product format, from cardboard boxes to sacks, from drums to rigid containers. The heart of the system is an anthropomorphic palletizing robot or Cartesian palletizer integrated by Sytec with custom gripping tools, infeed roller conveyors, pallet magazines and wrapping systems. Sytec’s proprietary software automatically manages the palletizing patterns, the format changeover and communication with the customer’s management system.
Unlike a standard solution, every Sytec system is designed around the customer’s actual process. Throughput rates, weights, formats, pallet heights and plant layout define the final configuration. The automated palletizer handles boxes, sacks, drums and rigid containers with the same efficiency, automatically adapting to the format being processed without line stoppages.
Automating the end-of-line means freeing up resources, reducing downtime and increasing production capacity without expanding the facility. Sytec approaches every palletizing project with the same method it applies to all its industrial automation systems: process analysis, custom design, in-house construction and testing before delivery. The palletizing system that is installed has already been tested at the facility with the customer’s actual products. For low-throughput applications or in confined spaces, solutions with a collaborative cobot palletizer, operating without perimeter safety guarding, are also integrated.

Sytec palletizing systems are designed to run continuously over multiple shifts with no operator intervention. Every system automatically manages format and weight non-conformities, reporting anomalies to the supervision system. In addition, production data is recorded in real time to ensure full traceability of the end-of-line. The Sytec palletizing systems support configurations with single or multiple palletizing robots, a high-speed Cartesian palletizer and robotic cells with integrated depalletizing stations.
A Sytec automated palletizer does not work alone. Upstream, in fact, it connects with assembly lines, packaging machines and labeling systems, and downstream with wrapping machines and handling systems toward the warehouse. Sytec designs the entire end-of-line as a single system, eliminating dead times between one stage and the next.
