Hydraulic manifold assembly lines for valves, pumps and components
Sytec designs and builds assembly lines for hydraulic components that require perfect seals and tight tolerances.
A hydraulic manifold with a faulty seal can shut down an entire industrial plant. A safety valve assembled incorrectly can cause an accident. For this reason, in the hydraulic and pneumatic sector there is no margin for error. Every gasket, every valve seat, every coupling must be assembled and verified with absolute precision. Reliable hydraulic manifold assembly is therefore the foundation of any high-pressure system.
Companies that produce these components face a common challenge: maintaining high throughput without compromising seal quality. Manual operations introduce variability, sample checks are not enough and paper-based traceability cannot keep up with modern production volumes. The answer is an automated assembly line, designed around the customer’s specific component.
Sytec designs assembly lines dedicated to the hydraulic and pneumatic sector. Each system is configured based on the customer’s product and can handle:
Valves: ball valve assembly, butterfly valve assembly, pressure relief valve assembly, needle valve assembly and flow control valve assembly with stations for seat mounting, plug, stem, gaskets, actuator and leak testing in sequence.
Pumps: centrifugal pump assembly, diaphragm pump assembly, peristaltic pump assembly and submersible pump assembly with impeller mounting, mechanical seal, motor coupling and functional testing.
Hydraulic components: hydraulic manifold assembly, hydraulic actuator assembly, hydraulic press assembly and hydraulic motor assembly with piston mounting, gaskets, distributors and high-pressure leak testing.
In every configuration, Sytec’s proprietary software manages the complete production flow and enables full integration with the customer’s systems for the traceability of every part produced.
In the hydraulic sector, testing is not an optional step. It is an integral part of the production process. For this reason, Sytec’s lines integrate test benches directly into the assembly stations. Every valve, pump or actuator undergoes pneumatic or hydraulic leak tests, flow tests, differential pressure checks and complete functional controls before leaving the line. This makes pressure relief valve assembly and high-pressure component production fully traceable.

Every line is designed to handle product changeover automatically. Switching from a butterfly valve assembly to a pressure relief valve assembly does not require significant line stoppages: fixtures, tightening parameters and testing sequences adapt automatically to the variant being processed.
A ball valve manufacturer has different needs from a centrifugal pump or hydraulic actuator producer. But the Sytec method is the same: analysis of the customer’s real component, design of the line around that component, in-house construction and testing before delivery. This is why Sytec handles everything from hydraulic manifold assembly to hydraulic motor assembly with the same integrated approach.

This integrated approach, from design to commissioning, is the same that Sytec applies in all the sectors in which it operates. The company designs and builds valve test benches for the automotive sector, lines for heat exchangers, systems for the energy sector and automation systems for all the main segments of the industrial sector. Thanks to ISO 9001:2015 certification, every system meets the quality standards required by customers.
