Valves are essential components in the hydraulic and pneumatic circuits of every vehicle. For this reason, both the assembly and the automotive testing of valves require high-precision systems, repeatability and full traceability.

Sytec designs assembly lines integrated with valve test benches that cover the entire production process. The assembly stations handle fitting, screwdriving, pressing and sealing operations on the valve components. In sequence, the valve test bench performs internal and external leak tests, flow tests, differential-pressure checks and complete functional controls. Every station is equipped with high-precision pressure sensors and flow meters for the automatic measurement and recording of all parameters. In addition, Sytec’s proprietary software allows full integration with the customer’s systems, thereby ensuring the traceability of every single valve produced and tested.

The assembly and automotive testing systems for valves are designed around the customer’s specifications and tested in-house at the facility before delivery.
