The stations handle louver insertion into the frame, pressing of the rotation pins, assembly of the opening and closing mechanisms, clip fastening and orientation verification. Every station is equipped with dedicated fixtures and delicate handling systems to protect the chrome-plated or painted surfaces of the component. In addition, Sytec’s proprietary software allows full integration with the customer’s PLC and MES/ERP systems, thereby ensuring the traceability of every single louver assembly produced.
The systems for automotive component assembly are designed around the customer’s specifications and tested in-house at the Ponzano Veneto facility before delivery.
