In sequence, the test benches run functional tests, electrical insulation tests, ICT checks (In Circuit Test), burn in tests under thermal stress and automatic optical inspection (AOI) on every board produced. Sytec’s proprietary software manages the entire production flow and enables full integration with the customer’s PLC and MES/ERP systems for complete traceability of every PCB, from the single component to the production batch and the vehicle serial number.
