The dashboard is one of the most complex components of the passenger compartment, both structurally and aesthetically. For this reason, dashboard assembly requires lines able to handle dozens of different components, including electrical wiring, control units, displays, air vents, controls and trims, with tight tolerances and without surface damage.
Sytec, in fact, designs assembly lines dedicated to the complete assembly of the automotive dashboard. The stations handle subassembly insertion, controlled-torque screwdriving, pressing, clip-in and trim bonding. Every station is equipped with dedicated fixtures and delicate handling systems to protect the visible surfaces of the component. In addition, Sytec’s proprietary software allows full integration with the customer’s systems, thereby ensuring the traceability of every single dashboard assembled.
The systems for automotive component assembly are designed around the customer’s specifications and tested in-house at the Ponzano Veneto facility before delivery.

In addition, all assembly data is automatically acquired and stored to ensure full traceability of every dashboard produced.
