The bumper is a component with high aesthetic and functional visibility. For this reason, bumper assembly requires lines able to handle plastic materials, metal inserts, parking sensors, grilles and trims with absolute precision and without surface damage.
Sytec designs assembly lines dedicated to the complete assembly of the automotive bumper. The stations handle clip insertion, screwdriving, insert pressing, trim bonding, sensor assembly and grille application. Every station is equipped with dedicated fixtures and delicate handling systems to avoid scratches and deformations on the painted surfaces. In addition, Sytec’s proprietary software allows full integration with the systems used by the customer, thereby ensuring the traceability of every single bumper produced.
The systems for automotive component assembly are designed around the customer’s specifications and tested in-house at the Ponzano Veneto facility before delivery.

In addition, all assembly data is automatically acquired and stored to ensure full traceability of every bumper produced.
