The rotary ring ensures high performance in terms of precision and speed, and an optimal distribution of workstations. Component feeding can be carried out via automated industrial robots, such as anthropomorphic robots, SCARA robots, Cartesian robots or collaborative robots, or via dedicated personnel. Components are checked for their distinctive characteristics: internal diameters, external diameters, lengths and color. Automated assembly lines
Sytec robotic islands can be integrated into complete assembly lines. In assembly lines, component advancement takes place via conveyor belt in a linear flow that can integrate handlers, pallet conveyor belts, press-fit stations, tilting stations and assembly stations with full traceability. Sytec automatic assembly lines also include proprietary control software for the complete management of all robotic and electronic components, ensuring precise and traceable in-line assembly for every production sector.
